Prices listed on our printed price list are subject to change without notice. Prices listed are wholesale, intended for the landscaping trade only and are FOB our farm.
Terms:
All sales are COD unless credit arrangements have been made prior to sale. In order to arrange credit, a credit application must be completed and on file in our office and a Florida Agricultural Bond number must be supplied in accordance with Florida Statute 604.15-604.30. For credit customers, payment is due 30 days from the invoice date. Accounts in arrears will be charged a 1-1/2% service charge per month (18% per annum) until delinquent accounts are paid.
Warranty:
Soaring Eagle will exercise appropriate care in the selection, digging and handling of plant material we supply. We provide no warranty however, as to the variety or viability of this plant material.
General:
Our business hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily, Monday through Friday.
Please call us to arrange tours. A 25% down payment is required to hold product in our fields for more than 30 days.
